Experience

Furniture Maker at Mark Jupiter
(2021 – 2022)
Mark Jupiter is a high-end custom office and residential furniture company in DUMBO. My short time there was solely devoted to cabinet making, inventory management and the production of hardwood tables. The demanding pace and clientele made it a perfect environment for accelerating my joinery and setup skills while maintaining a high level of excellence.

Lead Woodworker at DCM Fabrication
(2016 – 2021)
DCM provided an extremely broad experience of fabrication practices due to its small staff and wide variety of deliverables. Beginning as the spray finisher, the last person in the production line, and slowly gaining the experience for fine woodwork and project management made me the most broadly experienced fabricator on staff while also giving me an eye for detail and systemic efficiency. Some notable clients include the NY and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Adidas, MoMA, NY Penn Station, and the DUMBO Archway.

Cabinet Maker at Brooklyn Woods
(2016 – 2017)
Brooklyn Woods is an educational program that allows some students to transition into its workforce while helping them to find work elsewhere. They provide knowledge in shop machinery and safety practices, materials handling, basic math and carpentry skills. During this time the shop produced production-scale laminated cabinetry for ADA Housing as well as cutting boards for West Elm.
